Please contact us before returning products whenever possible. This helps us identify and process your return more quickly. You may use our contact form or send us an email. Please download this PDF-Document.
You can directly use your Acrobat Reader to fill it out and print. Then send it together with the material.
Be as detailed as possible, if you describe a faulty product.

RMA number

Please send us an email to get an RMA number. This helps us to assign shipments (we receive) to our customers.
