The IR-Ctrl is a control board to trigger cameras or video-cameras via infra-red.
The IR controller can also be used as a stand alone/single operator setup via MK Flight Control.
For the delivery the IR-Ctrl is already pre-programmed for the video-camera Sony CX730 (Zoom, Shutter
and REC-on/off), the NEX-5 (Shutter) and for the Canon EOS-Models (Shutter).
The following 4 functions can be used for example:
- Zoom-in
- Zoom-out
- REC Start/Stop
- Photo shutter
Learning new Infrared-codes: The IR-Ctrl has an own IR-Receiver and can learn new IR-Codes from the IR-Transmitter of your camera. It doesn't even have to be connected to the PC for learning new codes.
Alternatively, the codes of many cameras can be loaded from a database or shared from user to user.
